That’s totally up to you to decide which one is the best fit for your life, your goals and your budget. But if you’ve made it this far, I’d bet you’d be an amazing addition to any of my coaching containers!.

A group program is an excellent way to gain food confidence as a cancer survivor, bust through all the myths, and reach your nutrition goals at a lower investment than 1:1 coaching. If you thrive off connecting with others and don’t feel like you need as many 1:1 conversations, it could be a great option for you. Everyone in the group programs gets two private calls with me, plus unlimited chat support and the live group calls. In 1:1 coaching, you get weekly private calls with me and work in an intimate setting where you’re held accountable to reach your goals quickly.

Often, when someone has been wanting to go all-in with big goals or tackle hard struggles for some time, 1:1 coaching is a better fit. If you want to make changes and empower yourself with knowledge, but your struggles feel more manageable, group coaching is an excellent option.

Should I do a group program or 1:1 coaching?

The investment for small group programs is $1,199 or three installments of $397.

Many survivors spend thousands on supplements, diets, juicers, or other food plans that aren’t backed by science instead. My biggest priority is helping you improve your nutrition so you can improve your quality of life. Without gimmicks.

Weight loss can be an important prevention factor for many cancer types. If this is an important goal for you or others in the group, we will certainly incorporate it into our sessions. That said, we do not focus on counting calories and macros or looking at the scale. We focus on nutrition that benefits your overall health, cancer prevention, and balance, which can result in healthy weight loss.

"I’m kicking all of the fitness and strength goals in the butt whilst in fortnightly chemo. I was even feeling good enough to participate in the CrossFit Open for the three weeks of competition during treatment.
