What if I told you that you could feel more than okay? What if I told you that you could eat in a way that supports a strong immunity, happy and functioning organs, and whole body to reduce cancer recurrence?
Well, guess what? With the right support, you absolutely can (no Dr. Google needed). You’ve got the power to live a healthier lifestyle than ever before. You’ve got the power to reduce your risk for cancer recurrence and enjoy the heck out of life while you do it.
As a cancer survivor, you want to make sure you’re doing everything “right,” which can be easier said than done. You want to take care of your body in the best way possible and feel confident enjoying meals with loved ones again. And you also want to feel okay while you do it.
You’ll have a safe space to take the pressure off nutrition, talk through the bad days, and celebrate wins. Remember — there is no such thing as “too much information” here :)
You’ll find instant simplification of “how to eat” as a cancer survivor and bust through common myths (aka...More food choices asap!)
You’ll be guided through cognitive training exercises to heal food traumas and triggers. So you feel at ease with all your lifestyle changes for good!
Instead of cookie-cutter tips on nutrition, you’ll receive a customized plan built around your personal experience and goals. Then, you’ll get unwavering accountability to help you implement that plan step by step.
You’ll get support on daily lifestyle (non-nutrition) factors that help improve energy and reduce cancer risk. This include sleep, stress management, self-care, hydration, and exercise

“As a colon cancer survivor, i was having a lot of issues with food. My surgeon gave me a referral but most of the dietitian information from the cancer centers are one size fits all. Then i found Nichole. Bit by bit, she has helped me incorporate foods back into my diet and rekindle my love for cooking and eating. She’s shown me how to start small, which is what leads to real progress. Since working with her, i can now go out with friends and just enjoy a nice meal.
Nichole hears. She doesn’t just listen. She has a truly lovely way of mirroring back what you say and showing you the pressure you’re under, then providing a solution based on that. It was such a blessing to be heard and to be seen. There wasn’t any finger-wagging, it was always about finding the positive and celebrating my wins in a genuine way.”
“Nichole is a true cheerleader. She really gave all the support and knowledge I didn’t know I needed.”

"I go through cancer treatment once a fortnight and I was having serious issues with food. Every time I tried to eat something, it was awful. Most foods gave me a terrible taste and felt like sludge going down my throat. As a result, I was extremely weak and tired.
I wanted to eat without fear. I wanted to eat in a way that would fuel me enough to exercise and just live my life. I needed to get over food trauma but I was receiving vague advice from the public health system. They do the best they can but I needed someone to give me quality, personalized advice to help me work through stuff directly."
"It’s like my life has flipped 180. Instead of building my life around treatment, treatment is just something I do."

"My overall health has seen a huge change. I’ve had some healthy weight loss, and I now have better energy, better sleep, and better moods. She has also helped me bring exercise into my routine which I was nervous about post-surgery.
Nichole has taught me so much about using food first instead of supplements. She’s helped me understand why my body needs certain nutritions and has taken the fear away that I’ll get it wrong. She has always told me that every food can fit into my life. She has helped me understand the bigger picture so I can use food as something to make me feel amazing, be healthier, but also just enjoy my life.
Basically, Nichole is my biggest cheerleader and she’ll be yours too. She listens to you, validates what you’re feeling, and makes sure your voice is heard."
"My overall health has seen a huge change."
Community is key! In my private facebook group and on regular zoom calls, you’ll have the chance to connect with fellow survivors. You can voice questions, celebrate wins, and learn from others’ experiences.
This library is packed full of easy-to-understand nutrition resources (videos, handouts, journal prompts) backed by credible, current scientific studies. Plus lots of fun quizzes and recipes!
Never wonder what to cook again! You’ll get a vetted collection of delicious, cancer-prevention recipes for all tastes. Can’t find something you like? Just ask!
I’ll help you practice mindfulness around your food and exercise throughout your journey. We’ll develop a plan together to monitor your progress in a way that feels good for you. Each week, i’ll review your progress with you to see where we can make sustainable adjustments.
You’ll ease into the program with a 30-minute initial consult to talk about your goals (big and small). Then, over the course of 3-6+ months, we’ll meet each week via audio calls. In each session, we’ll evaluate how you’re doing with your goals, challenges, barriers, and wins along the way. You’ll walk away from every session with clarity and confidence knowing you’re making progress towards ned.
You’ll have access to me five days a week for any questions that come up along the way. Say goodbye to the “deer in headlights” feeling when you don’t know what to do and hello to having a dietitian in your back pocket!
We’ll share a confidential, private portal to house all your important labs and medical documents. We’ll always be on the same page about your medical progress.

"I was diagnosed with breast cancer and, after learning what i could online, I knew I wanted
more support with nutrition. Right away, I could tell Nichole really knew her stuff. She is
100% evidence and research-based. She’s dedicated to busting those common myths around
cancer prevention and nutrition that are so harmful, yet so common online.
My progress has been amazing. I didn’t just get a dietitian. I got overall support across all
parts of my life. Since I started working with her, Nichole has helped me with everything from
food and activity, to cancer prevention strategies, sleep, and stress management. She’s so
accessible and always checks in to give me encouragement. She is amazing at highlighting my
progress, which looks different for everyone. She’s helped me set manageable goals that are
cancer-preventative and healthy, but also make life enjoyable. She truly advocates for
balance. And she really understands how to analyze a person and create a healthy cancer
prevention lifestyle based on the individual."

"I’m not terribly afraid of food anymore. I’m regularly training at CrossFit with my friends
again, which was inconceivable a year ago. I have way more flexibility and freedom around
eating. People tell me I’m looking great, which was definitely not the case last year.
It’s like my life has flipped 180. Instead of building my life around treatment, treatment is just
something I do. It’s an incredible feeling to know I have someone in my corner who bases her
knowledge fully in research. But the support has gone far beyond food too. Nichole supports
me in all facets of my well being. Sometimes we just debrief life, which is exactly what I need.
Having that type of teammate on your side is invaluable—it’s an absolutely well-rounded
experience that I haven’t gotten anywhere else. I honestly could not recommend her enough."

The investment for 1:1 coaching is $2500 for 3 months, or $4200 for 6 months.
If you feel ready to make an investment that will move you forward in getting reputable, reliable help - this is the right program for you!
Many survivors spend thousands on supplements, diets, juicers, or other food plans that aren’t backed by science and still don't get back to feeling like themselves. My biggest priority is helping you improve your nutrition so you can improve your quality of life. Without gimmicks.
You can choose from my 3 or 6 month coaching containers. Patience and consistency are key for progress, and true lasting results take time, my most popular coaching container is 6 months. While you’ll find clarity and smaller wins quite quickly, the big goals take longer. And that’s okay! When you get there, it’s amazing to look back at all the things you’ve learned that will stay with you for life. Many survivors end up working with me for about 9 months.
Absolutely. The science keeps rolling in that exercise is your secret weapon during and after treatment. As part of your lifestyle plan, I’ll help you set and maintain manageable exercise goals that compliment your nutrition.
No way! Aside from actual food intolerances, you don’t have to give up anything (despite what social media tells you). Balance is key. So if there are certain foods you love that are considered “less healthy” (think high sugar, high sodium, or alcohol) we’ll focus on finding ways to incorporate them in your diet. You can finally enjoy your life! Wahoo!
I work with survivors both during and after treatment. The focus differs depending on where you’re at. If you’re in the middle of (or about to start) treatment, we’ll focus on keeping your body and mind strong to remain well-nourished, confident, and informed about all foods. The ultimate goal is to make sure you attend all treatments at full dose so you get the best possible treatment outcomes.
If you’ve completed treatment, we’ll focus on reducing the risk of recurrence. Support is so important at this stage. When the appointments suddenly stop, it can be jarring and overwhelming.
“When is someone going to check up on me?”
“What do I do now?”
“Who do I go to for questions?”
“Why doesn’t anybody get it?”
I know that there is no such thing as “normal” after cancer. And in fact, that is truly normal for cancer survivors. Together, we’ll establish a new normal that fits into your lifestyle. In our coaching sessions, you’ll be seen and validated while you get into a cancer prevention lifestyle loop of sureness and awareness!
All types! I’ve worked with survivors at all stages with a vast array of cancer types. Each cancer presents its own challenges but the approach is the same. Start small. Listen to the body. Incorporate movement. Get back to the basics. Whatever hand you’ve been dealt, I’d love to help you eat in a way that empowers you.
Survivors in treatment and post-treatment are all welcome. More answers to frequently asked questions right here!
