Mother of Ashley, age 5, Brain Cancer Pediatric Cancer Survivor
“Before I began with Nichole I had so much anxiety about my daughter eating enough since, during treatment, it was a struggle and we had tried so many things but never felt sure if it was the right food or enough. I wanted to give her what she needs and also let her enjoy birthday parties or holidays without fear, but we do worry about the sugar at that time. Since we began working with Nichole, my anxiety around feeding and meals and what to offer has gone down so much that I can actually say it is now completely gone. I don’t worry about sugar, meal times, or if I am doing things right or not. I am and I know it. This program was one of our best investments as there is not a lot of support for nutrition and Nichole shares it all and with such easy and encouraging support. Get her on your side right away! Her program is a game changer!”
“I don’t worry about sugar, meal times, or if I am doing things right or not. I am and I know it.”
Mother of Mary (age 13, Choroid Plexus Carcinoma Pediatric Cancer survivor)
“My daughter was just finishing up treatment and was afraid to eat and she needed to gain weight and start a normal eating routine again as she was also going back to school. A win was having someone on our side who understood ALL the ins and outs of life after treatment. You are so positive, detailed and a wonderful cheerleader! I would definitely recommend her!”

Mother of David, age 2, Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Pediatric Cancer Survivor
“My son’s appetite is all over the place and there is no meal or food time consistency which is the challenge. I was so worried about his growth as he was only 2 years old and I always worried if he was eating enough. Nichole helped me feel better and more prepared even with our first call. She knew what I needed as a mom and what my son needed to keep him strong and healthy and right away I started to make small protein, calorie, fluid, and even exercise changes with my son and they worked out each week! He began to eat more, try more things, sleep through the night, and I was even able to wean him from breastfeeding and he kept growing and sleeping just fine!”
“[Nichole] knew what I needed as a mom and what my son needed to keep him strong and healthy.”
The investment is $2200 USD. Payment plans are available.
My programs are private pay using debit or credit. I do take HSA/FSA cards.
There isn’t a strict age range—if they’re a baby, toddler, kid, or teen, they’re welcome! Most of my pediatric clients have had children around 2-13 years old.
This coaching is for all stages and types of pediatric cancer. It’s 1:1 and completely customized, so we work with your child’s unique needs and experiences.
Yes, I’m a mom to 3! I have a daughter (9) and two young, busy boys (5 & 7)! I understand what it’s like to support children at meal times and want to create a routine that gives them choices they love but also nourishes them (without tons of steps or ingredients at each meal!). I also see that there is tons of pressure from internal and external sources on parents to feed their children “right.” Then, having a cancer diagnosis on top of that creates more worry and pressure at meal times as a parent.
I’m here to help you navigate all of this so you can get back to following your natural parental intuition on what is best for your child. You really do know what is best for your child and I will guide you back to that by adding ways you can support them during and after treatment so they can grow, thrive, and feel their best! Get ready to bust all the cancer nutrition myths out there and leave them behind!
No problem, we’ll work around it! There are no foods your child must or must not eat. Working with me, you’ll find out fast that you’re probably already doing a fantastic job. We’re just going to simplify things so you can enjoy parenthood and meal times more.
