It’s largely up to personal preference, your goals, and your budget.
A group program is an excellent way to gain food confidence as a cancer survivor, bust myths, and reach your nutrition goals at a lower investment than 1:1 coaching. If you thrive off connecting with others and don’t feel like you need as many 1:1 conversations, it could be a great option for you. Everyone in the group programs gets two private calls with me, plus unlimited chat support and the live group calls. In 1:1 coaching, you get weekly private calls with me.
Often, when someone has been wanting to go all-in with big goals or tackle hard struggles for some time, 1:1 coaching is a better fit. If you want to make changes and empower yourself with knowledge, but your struggles feel more manageable, group coaching is an excellent option. If you don’t know, I’ll know! If you’re unsure which is the best option for you, contact me using the form above and we’ll have a chat to figure it out.
The group programs run four times a year. If they aren’t currently open, you can join the waitlist to be notified when I’m accepting applications again.
My programs are private pay using debit or credit. I do take HSA/FSA cards.
The investment for small group programs is $1,199 or three instalments of $397.
I want you to feel both comfortable and confident with your decision so let me know if you have any questions for me by emailing me at nichole@theoncologydietitian.com.
Many survivors spend thousands on supplements, diets, juicers, or other food plans that aren’t backed by science instead. My biggest priority is helping you improve your nutrition so you can improve your quality of life. Without gimmicks. That said, if you’re not ready for a group program, you may be interested in some of my digital resources as a lower investment option.
The investment for 1:1 coaching is about $1,800 USD for three months, depending on your payment plan.
I understand that 1:1 coaching of any kind is a big investment, but that’s because it works. Imagine yourself feeling like yourself again. That is what we accomplish inside of this program.
Ultimately, it’s up to you. You can choose to continue spending thousands on supplements, water filters and other gimmicks that don’t work… or you can choose to invest in your long-term health. When we work together, you say goodby to solutions that waste your time and money & hello to solutions that set you up for success for life.
That said, if you’re looking for a lower investment option, you may be interested in Group Programs or some of my digital cancer prevention resources.
There are 2 payment plan options: $447 for a full year or $47 for a month-to-month commitment. Choose whichever option suits you! With the yearly option, you can also add an extra community element for $50/year.
I work with survivors both during and after treatment. The focus differs depending where you’re at. If you’re in the middle of (or about to start) treatment, we’ll focus on a proactive plan to keeping your body and mind strong to remain well-nourished, confident, and informed about all foods. The ultimate goal is to make sure you attend all treatments at full dose so you get the best possible treatment outcomes.
If you’ve completed treatment, we’ll focus on reducing the risk of recurrence. Support is so important at this stage because the appointments suddenly stop, leaving you with limited resources to figure out your next steps. I’ll make sure you feel heard and validated while you get into a cancer prevention lifestyle loop of sureness and awareness!
All types! I’ve worked with survivors at all stages with a vast array of cancer types. Each cancer presents its own challenges but the approach is the same. Start small. Listen to the body. Incorporate movement. Get back to the basics. Whatever hand you’ve been dealt, I’d love to help you eat in a way that empowers you.
Many people start with Cancer Simplified. This is the most affordable, simple way to get guidance on cancer nutrition. If you decide you’d like more accountability after a while, you can consider the group program or 1:1 coaching. At that point, it’s largely up to personal preference, your goals, and your budget.
If you still don’t know, I’ll know! Contact me using the form below and we’ll have a chat to figure it out.
