Once purchased, you will access the course to use for a lifetime. Begin with the “introduction” and “how to use the worksheet” videos to guide you on what to use and the order to use this course for optimal success. It is not recommended to do the entire course in the first day, week, or even month - take your time and begin with a couple body areas to strengthen at 5 minutes at a time and go from there to steadily increase repetitions and weight used. Go get your workout clothes on and enjoy getting back to strong!
